I am a FL-based Curly hair specialists. I specialize in Curl by curl Lived-in hand painted highlights and curl by curl cuts. I work with curly clients and help understand how to style and work with their natural hair patterns, So we can all enjoy what we were naturaly born with and EMBRACE our true hair. 🚨POLICIES🚨 Destinie's Curls exclusively services naturaly curly hair. Please read all policies and terms below before booking/coming to your appointment. Every appointment requires a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. You will not get your deposit back if you cancel your appointment or don’t show for your appointment. • When you arrive please be on time, if you are late EVERYONE'S day is inconvenienced. When you walk in you may take a seat in the lobby. Once I have sanitized and am ready, I will call on you to take a seat in my chair. If you arrive with your hair in a bun, clip, or anything other then a wash n go, it will be an additional $20 for the restyling process. In your confirmation email/text, there are very simple instructions so please follow! •The Curl by Curl cuts The curly cuts I offer are not meant to be worn straight. The clientele I serve are fully committed to wearing their hair naturally curly. If you are not committed to wearing your hair naturally curly my services are NOT for you. • Return policy I do not accept opened or used products. All services are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your service, I guarantee the satisfaction of all customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let me know within a weeks time of your appointment to remedy any problems and concerns you may be having. I do not issue any refunds due to the time i spend working. I cannot make up for lost time. ✨✨FAQ ✨✨ •Why can’t I book an appointment in advance? My schedule opens every 30 days. On the a first come first serve basis. •Why do I need to style my hair before my appointment? This is a specialty service with a DRY hair cut. In order for me to cut your hair I need it styled with products to cut your hair FIRST when you sit down for your service. I will then wash and clarify, condition, & detangle your hair in the wash bowl, then move forward with the styling process. If you are a new client I will teach you the step by step styling & drying process. Then conduct the last FINAL cut to take off the strangling curls that were missed or knotted in the first dry cut. •What exactly does your services include? All service descriptions are online on the right corner of the service picture. Click the information icon bubble on the service image. •What are your prices?prices are listed under the service on the booking website. You can also take a look at my price list highlights. •Where are you located? In Lake Mary FL. Address: 192 N. Country Club Road, Lake Mary Fl, 32746 •How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment? 48 hours •How do I reschedule my appointment? At the bottom of your confirmation email, it says *quoted below* “Appointment details, Need to make changes? All your appointment details can be managed below. MANAGE MY APPOINTMENT” •Can I bring my children? Not if you are the one getting serviced and the child/children can’t be watched. I am on a timed schedule with other appointments. I also do not have enough space in my salon for more then 2 extra people at a time. •How many people can I bring? 1 person. I do not have enough space for more then 2 extra people at a time. (The extra person and my next client) •How do I book an appointment? You can book an appointment online from my website. You can book those online by yourself with the booking site. •How do i book highlights? You must book an in person consultation. •What if I’m a returning highlight client? How do i book that? You can text me a picture of your hair and your self so i know WHO you are, and what we did last on your hair so I can book your next highlight touch up my self. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or canclations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you reschedule no fee will be applied.
